Standard Packing Instructions
PlanITROI
Standard (Monitor) "Bulk" Packaging Procedures:
Place cardboard Box or sheet flat on the skid covering entire surface.
Place one layer of bubble wrap flat covering entire cardboard box or sheet flat.
Place monitor face (tube) down with stand turned in toward skid, make sure monitor does not exceed pallet ("Do not have
a monitor hanging over the skid or pallet)
Standard # of Monitors per pallet based on the following
sizes:
·
14" - 15" - (9 monitors per row X 4 rows high =
36 total monitors per skid)
· 17" - 19" - (6 monitors per row X 3 rows
high = 18 total monitors per skid)
· 20" - 21" - (4 monitors per row X 3 rows
high = 12 total monitors per skid)
Stretch
wrap skids diagonally and twist to produce maximum strength
at least 5 times.
Cardboard
corners under first layer of stretch wrap required before
strapping.
Strapping
(on only 2 sides where the opening for fork are not)
On
out side of each skid please do the following:
· "Please Do Not Double Stack Skids"
· Bill of Lading
· Purchase Order Number
· Packing Slip with (Product Description and MFG Serial
Numbers)
You have
now completed packaging your monitor skid properly for a safe
shipment.
Material
Requirements Needed for General "Bulk" Packaging:
Pallet
or Skid (Must be 40" X 48")
Bubble
Wrap (Must be Industrial Strength with large bubbles)
Cardboard
Box or sheet - Flat (Can use recycled boxes flat or sheets)
Stretch
Wrap (Must be Industrial Strength & each pallet must be
wrapped 5 Times)
Strapping
(on only 2 sides where the opening for fork are not)
Cardboard
corners under first layer of stretch wrap
On out
side of each skid please do the following:
· Bill of Lading
· Purchase Order Number
· Packing Slip with (Product Description and MFG Serial
Numbers)

will be accepted or insured unless packaged to PlanITROI standards
PlanITROI Standard (Systems) "Bulk" Packaging
Procedures:
Place
cardboard Box or sheet flat on the skid covering entire surface.
Place
one layer of bubble wrap flat covering entire cardboard box
or sheet flat.
Place
bottom side down (DT or Tower). Please do not place on the
side "Must be placed rubber legs down". All faces
of systems are to face inside skid, they should not touch,
if touching place a layer of cardboard in-between. Keyboards
and Mice are not to be shipped, if so, place in separate boxes.
Standard # of Systems per pallet based on the following
sizes:
· Standard Desktop - (6 per row X 7 rows high = 42
total per skid)
· Standard Tower - (8 per row X 4 rows high = 32 total
per skid)
***Please wrap and strap tight because systems tend to
slide off the skids***
Stretch
wrap skids diagonally and twist to produce maximum strength
at least 5 times.

PlanITROI
Standard (Laser Printer) "Bulk" Packaging Procedures:
Place
cardboard Box or sheet flat on the skid covering entire surface.
Place
one layer of bubble wrap flat covering entire cardboard box
or sheet flat.
Place
bottom side down. Please do not place on the side "Must
be placed rubber legs down". All Toner Cartage's must
stay in the units. All trays if not directly under printer
must be removed and placed in separate box.
Standard # of Printers per pallet based on the following
sizes:
· Standard Laser Printer - (6 per row X 4 rows high
= 20 total per skid)
· Extra Large Laser Printer - (4 per row X 3 rows high
= 12 total per skid)
***Please wrap and strap tight because Printers tend to
slide off the skids***
Stretch
wrap skids diagonally and twist to produce maximum strength
at least 5 times.

Standard (Notebooks) "Bulk" Packaging Procedures:
Place
cardboard Box or sheet flat on the skid covering entire surface.
Place
one layer of bubble wrap flat covering entire cardboard box
or sheet flat.
Individually
bubble wrap notebook.
Place
all accessories in a separate box.
Place
individual bubble wrapped notebook into corrugated box "Sideways"
no more than 10 per box. Please use bubble wrap to get into
each loose area, there should be no movement inside of each
box.
Place
each box on the skid.
Stretch
wrap skids diagonally and twist to produce maximum strength
at least 5 times.
