PlanITROI offers End-of-Life asset management programs and turns retired IT assets into a financial return, credit or exchange.
Step 1: Asset Valuation - Determine the value of your retired IT Assets. Our step-by-step Valuator process will create a real-time quote and purchase order number. PlanITROI Terms and Conditions will be included in the quote.
Step 2: Logistics - PlanITROI will make all transportation arrangements including scheduling pick-up, and will provide packaging and shipping instructions.Panasonic Toughbook Owners, Special Notice: As part of the No Charge Panasonic Toughbook Computer Recovery and Recycling Program, all Panasonic Toughbook computers that are returned will be shipped prepaid by PlanITROI. Please call 973-664-0700 for arrangements.
Step 3: Audit & Reports - PlanITROI upon Receipt-of-Equipment (ROE) for any asset will audit, inventory, check actual receipt of asset received versus shipped, and issue a complete report within thirty (30) business days.
Step 4: Remarket, Donate, or Recycle - Based on the client’s request, PlanITROI will either remarket the assets, donate the asset to the client’s identified non-profit or charitable organization, or recycle the asset with complete EPA-EPEAT certification.
