NEW PROGRAM DELIVERS CASH, NOT BILLS FOR DISPOSAL OF RETIRED IT EQUIPMENT

PlanITROI's No Bill Programsm Guarantees Companies Returns on Retired IT Assets

DENVILLE, N.J., August 22, 2005 - PlanITROI, the pioneer in retired information technology asset management programs, today launched the No Bill Programsm, an innovative new offering that reduces or eliminates a company's total cost of disposition for retired IT equipment. The No Bill Program is designed to find the hidden value in retired IT assets to not only pay for all the essential services associated with end-of-life disposition, including data erasure, logistics, reporting and general administration, but also deliver money back to clients.

By working with clients to guarantee a return on end-of-life equipment, PlanITROI can help them budget and plan better for their present and future technology needs. This also helps further reduce the total cost of ownership of IT assets, a key performance measure for today's budget-constrained companies and IT departments.

"Through the No Bill Program, our clients do not receive an invoice or pay a fee for disposition of their retired IT assets. Instead, we guarantee they will receive a minimum return even after we've rendered necessary compliancy services," said Paul Baum, CEO, PlanITROI. "Unlike OEMs, VARs, liquidators, auctioneers, eBayers, brokers or recyclers, our No Bill Program aligns IT asset management with clients' business goals for compliance and reduced total cost of ownership. We deliver a return while providing a valuable service."

How does the No Bill Program work?
The No Bill Program begins with a full enterprise-oriented analysis of a client's IT assets. Applying more than 15 years of experience in remarketing used technology, PlanITROI works hand-in-hand with clients to assess the IT inventory and assign a market value to those assets.

Based on this consultation, an end-of-life program is established to ensure maximum resale value for the client. The client chooses the services they need while revenue splits are negotiated based on the type, age and configuration of the equipment to eliminate surprises at settlement. PlanITROI remarkets the retired IT assets and uses the generated revenue to pay for the selected services. The remaining money is divided based on the pre-negotiated revenue split, usually resulting in significant proceeds to the client. PlanITROI aims to pay clients the highest returns available from the market.

"Despite what the common mind-set of many top executives may be in the current marketplace, disposal of old IT assets doesn't always have to incur a cost," said Baum. "Our experience in IT asset management, disposal and remarketing has proven that this equipment has value. Our No Bill Program clearly demonstrates this."

Piloting the Program Ken Lobenstein, Chief Technology Officer & Chief Security Officer for Continuum Health Partners, recently turned to PlanITROI to dispose of 4,000 computer systems and monitors that ranged in age from 4 to 8 years old and resided in four different New York City hospitals. Through the No Bill Program, PlanITROI will safely and securely dispose of this equipment at no cost to Continuum Health Partners. The companies estimated that it could have cost Continuum Health Partners in excess of $30,000 to dispose of the equipment through traditional disposal firms.

"Working with PlanITROI to remarket our equipment was a smart decision," explained Lobenstein. "They are handling all the logistics and checked to ensure that all private or sensitive data had been securely expunged before the equipment was remarketed or disposed of in an environmentally-friendly way. With PlanITROI we are saving tens of thousands of dollars and are assured of a compliant, secure and simple process."
