Prior to the start of any project, PLANITROI provides a complete statement of work outlining the remarketing/disposition process from beginning to end based on cost vs. recovery and the client's specific needs. This document details the agreed-upon process of ROI services to be performed.
Collection and Transportation. PLANITROI starts with an online Q&A questionnaire for equipment collection and transportation to determine the most cost effective logistics. Upon approval from our client, PLANITROI coordinates pick-ups in terms of location, de-installation, type of equipment and quantity to provide for a seamless transition of material into our facilities.
Auditing. PlanITROI will sort equipment based on Asset Escalator Break-Even analysis. This way any defective or valueless equipment can be sent directly to be recycled without incurring extra expenses. Equipment determined to have value is recorded into our database. Drives are then erased to Department of Defense specifications and all client identification is removed. From receipt of assets, PLANITROI will properly secure and allow only authorized personnel access to client assets.
Remarketing. In order to generate the highest ROI on all types of assets, PLANITROI deploys a resale methodology to sell into multiple market places based on the type, condition and age of the asset. Remarketing channels are chosen in terms of their ability to deliver the highest ROI and include corporate end users, resellers and online retail. We employ marketing strategies that include techniques like direct e-mail that's targeted to reach a database of thousands f corporate, reseller and overseas dealers. By reselling refurbished IT assets, PLANITROI extends the useful life of computers and reduces the demand on natural resources.
Recycling. PLANITROI provides proper environmental disposal of IT assets globally in accordance with international, federal, state and local regulations. And, we provide full documentation, reporting and indemnification certificates for a complete audit trail.
Reporting. PLANITROI provides online access to a wide range of formatted reports based on criteria our clients specify. Our clients choose appropriate fields of information to customize their reports which can also be made available online to authorized personnel. Final reports are delivered with certificates of indemnification and reconciliation of all expenses and sales data. Reports accompany invoices and serve as a project planner and monitoring mechanism.
