Gaining a better understanding of the challenges within in Reverse Logistics will allow an OEM or Retailer to implement the types of processes and partners necessary to impact the processes and overall bottom line. 7 challenges in reverse logistics will help us understand that “Returns are a natural part of the product life cycle. They will not be eliminated but can be better controlled. It is a joint responsibility to institute better controls and to do what is needed to insure proper compliance is maintained. The goal is to try to balance the needs and concerns of everyone in the process.”
