Experience:  
•        Working and support knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Access
•        Working and support knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise 2007
•        Strong knowledge of E-commerce / Web data collection and data exchange
•        Strong knowledge of Win 2003 Server and Exchange setup and administration
•        Working knowledge of DHCP, IP and internet related hardware
•        Working and support knowledge of diagnostic and troubleshooting utilities
•        Working and support knowledge of BIOS configuration and upgrade utilities
•        Ability to diagnose and repair PC workstations and servers
•        Ability perform network backup
•        Ability to identify and install pc hardware and peripherals
•        Ability to answer computer and software related questions in technical and non-technical terms

PlanITROI, a leader in IT Asset Value Recovery services, seeks an energetic junior/senior Accounting or Finance major that desires to be involved with all finance-related aspects of our growing company.  This accredited position represents an opportunity to gain experience in to all areas of accounting and finance.  The intern will be primarily responsible to handle the following:
 
• Answer Phones/Direct Calls - Take and Relay messages
• General Administrative support – filling, faxing
• Receive and distribute mail – enter invoices to QuickBooks
• Interoffice correspondence – prepare emails, documents, letters, memos
• Assist in creating RMAs for returns
• Daily invoicing for previous days shipments
• Entering invoices
• Processing vendor payments
• Cash application
