Inside Sales Reps report directly to the Director of Sales.   They are responsible for building relationships with prospects and securing appointments for our field sales team.  Inside Sales Reps have exceptional phone, organizational, and communication skills.  They must have experience managing existing clients, setting sales team appointments and presentations for prospective clients, and maintaining sales tracking activity in a dedicated CRM program.
 
The ideal Inside Sales Rep must have 1-3 years experience in a telemarketing, call center or phone sales environment preferably in the field of technology with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and CRM.  They will have no fear of making sales calls and aggressively setting appointments.  They take pride in being known for having great process management, scheduling and administrative skills.  Inside Sales Reps are team players with relentless work effort and proven track record of success.

This is a great job for a matchmaker who can find the right customers for our products.  The position requires you to use your skills in online marketing, e-commerce selling and outbound calling.  The target audience for this position is domestic and international computer & electronics wholesalers, dealers, value added resellers (VARs), etailers, retailers, distributors, and exporters. 
 
We receive thousands of previously owned IT assets (PCs, PDAs, Notebooks, Monitors, Systems, etc.) from our corporate clients each month.  We refurbish these PCs to the highest quality standards and remarket them throughout the world.  Our Sales Specialists are responsible for selling them and getting the highest (ROI) return-on-investment.   This requires a sales person skillful in finding the markets (domestic and abroad) for all types of IT assets.
 
Responsibilities include:
• Developing a diverse customer base and channels of distribution for our many products
• Managing the sale price of our inventory based on market conditions and customer levels
• Lead generation through email marketing and online postings
• Assisting in pricing PlanITROI inventory on industry web sites, online store and auctions

Requirements:
