Responsible for racking, testing, grading and configuring product. Ensures data integrity with respect to product configuration entered within the database.
Responsibilities
- Wipe data, reimage, upgrade and test computer hardware and peripherals based on Sales / Work order requirements and/or direction of Operations Manager
- Technically and accurately inspect, classify, sort, count, diagnose and evaluate hardware and peripherals
- Record technical, configuration, repair, and cosmetic information using PlanITROI’s production database
- Install and test machine specific software loads
- Disassemble repair and reassemble computer and network hardware
Minimum Qualification
- Education: High School or Equivalent
- A+ Certification required
- At least 1 year in a technical position
Skills
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS Office suite
- Good written and communication skills
- Strong organization skills
