As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) you’ll be responsible for “setting the table” and setting appointments. You’ll be working in an intense environment, and your results will be appreciated. You’ll work with a dedicated group of Business Development Managers establishing our presence from the mid-market all the way to the Global 2000. Responsibilities
The primary focus of your job will be connecting our leading edge IT asset disposition process with mid-market to Global 2000 companies. You'll leverage our ongoing marketing program to ensure attendance at our webinars and events. You'll establish our presence within companies and you'll facilitate connecting with the right people within those companies.
You'll be doing this work on the phone, so if you're not comforatble speaking on the phone, this is not the right place for you. If you are comfortable on the phone, you'll be:
- Cultivating a target list of 300 – 500 names.
- Aggressively working with 150 companies to elicit interest and to set up meetings.
- You'll be keeping our Business Development Managers busy with a consistent stream of ongoing appointments.
Experience
To succeed here you should have:
- 2-5 Years of Inside Sales Experience with an emphasis on working on the phone.
- A track record of telemarketing and creating appointments.
- Exposure working with mid-market as well as larger companies.
- A track record of exceeding expectations and delivering results.
- A good understanding of business and sales.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for closing at least 12 MSAs focusing on organizations decision makers within 500 miles of Denville NJ, 10,000+ computer users with a heavy concentration in mobile technology (laptop/tablets). You’ll do this by demonstrating how our leading edge IT disposition process reduces costs and creates new revenue for clients.
Your months will look like this:
- 50% of your time you’ll be responsible for getting into the market and generating high quality leads. To help you do this, you’ll be able to leverage our ongoing marketing cultivation program.
- 30% of your time you’ll respond and manage the leads created by our Inside Sales Representatives.
- 20% of the time you’ll be creating relationships with partners and influencer to support our growth efforts.
Experience
- To succeed here you should have the following experience:
- 5 years of demonstrated experience and success selling to decision makers in IT departments.
- A demonstrated ability to successfully manage complex sales, especially relating to managing the procurement department.
- A track record of exceeding quotas.
- A track record of selling to organizations with 10,000+ employees.
- A good understanding of business and sales.
- A college degree.

Responsibilities
- Managing the client experience day-to-day
- Coordinate with our logistics team to schedule client pick-ups
- Informing clients on that status of the receipt and processing of their IT equipment
- Uncovering business development opportunities; inquiring about client IT purchase plans and IT equipment retirement schedules
- Develop status reports and schedule review meeting with Business Development Managers
- Advising clients on the financial and environmental benefits of the PlanITROI value recovery model
- Making process improvement recommendations that will serve the client and PlanITROI
Background & Experience
- Worked within a B2B environment, ideally with technology services or IT products, but we are open to learning more about your relevant experience
- You achieved success because you had to manage a multi-step services process
- You did not just work “in the process” everyday, you made the service delivery process better
- Complimentary businesses might be logistics, commercial insurance, commercial lending/banking…
any field where you were counted on to coordinate external and internal activities - You needed to be analytical when reviewing data and client requirements, and strategic in recommending solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years customer account service, project, and/or sales management
- Have had a sales or business development support responsibilities
- Excellent organization, planning and scheduling skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office suite, with regular usage of Excel
- Some previous involvement with Salesforce.com or other CRM program
- Terrific communications skills, written and oral
- Experience generating estimates and quotes is desirable
- Bachelors Degree preferred
