This is an opportunity for an energetic junior/senior Accounting or Finance major that desires to be involved with all finance-related aspects of our growing company. This accredited position represents an opportunity to gain experience in to all areas of accounting and finance. Activities and responsibilities include:

Working with QuickBooks
Entering invoices
Processing vendor payments
Cash application tracking
Assist in creating Returns Material Authorizations
Interoffice communications – developing accounting department requests
Report preparation
General administrative support

The ideal candidate for this position will report primarily to the Senior Financial Analyst who will provide hands-on training in the broad spectrum of finance. Only enthusiastic candidates that enjoy a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment need apply.

This is an unpaid internship opportunity, but we do offer expense reimbursement for travel and lunch, and daytime hours flexible to your college courses. This opportunity could turn into a part-time paid position during the summer.

Requirements:
Currently pursuing a BA/BS in marketing, public policy, communications, business, political science, business psychology, new media, or entrepreneurship and graduating in 2012 or 2013.
